Our classes are taught by dedicated and experienced educators who have applied these tactics to hundreds of mostly willful audiences for over 25 years. Using proven teaching strategies, they make sure that every student finds a path to success using their authentic sense of humor, unless it’s knock knock jokes in which case we change it entirely. We don't mold you to be a comedian. We help you harness the power of humor in the context of your career.
We embrace a learning and laughing environment that will help you get increased productivity with more enjoyment, less time, less stress and more profit. Who does not like that? Actually, seemingly a lot of people, come to think of it. But not you! You’re smart. Or not a total doofus, anyways. Our classes incorporate traditional learning styles as well as hands-on experiences (not literally hands-on – please keep your hands inside the vehicle at all times. No feeding the comedians.).
Your success is our priority. Well, breakfast burritos are our priority. But you’re a close and very important second. To support you and our inclusive community, we provide a personal approach, tailoring learning techniques to each student's needs.

Based on the course they teach at Stanford's Graduate School of Business, behavioral scientist Jennifer Aaker and corporate strategist Naomi Bagdonas delve into the surprising power of humor: why it's a secret weapon to build bonds, power, creativity and resilience -- and how we can all have more of it.
In this talk Andrew Tarvin discusses how he brought humor to the workplace while he worked at Procter & Gamble. After being complimented by co-workers on how humor helped them enjoy their work, and not want to leave on a cigarette break never to return, Andrew decided to start becoming a humor engineer--using humor to help people become more efficient and effective in the workplace.
Paul Osincup talks about his idea for using laughter to building stronger leaders as part of the TEDxNapaValley 2016 "Go Figure!" event.
Humor is something that transcends most barriers. It is a common unification; a concept understood by all (except your junior high principal). Despite this, there exists a large portion of the population that does not think they can utilize humor. Andrew Tarvin will show you that everyone can use humor.
